My mother never even pretended to tell me that I could marry any girl...you've seen My Big Fat Greek Wedding, right? Reality...reality.

I already know that you can't please any of 'them'...believe me, I know. If I married one from my own ethnicity, my own tribe....then I could guarantee you that she'd be impossible to please. From my part of human race, the women are born impossible to please and they're all princess-types. No matter how well I've done, it won't be good enough.

Anyway, if you really believe that all the women you know are princesses, then you should look at the common denominator - you. Why do you choose princesses to associate with?

No, I didn't say that all women are princesses. Far from being true. Women of my ethnicity...that's what I was referring to.

Most American women...they've made it a point to be anything but princesses and, my opinion, most aren't even feminine anymore...just sort of gender neutral blobs with female-sounding names. It makes it very easy to avoid flirtation of any type.

I know, I know....its a surprise to me, too. It wasn't always this way...but times change. And it isn't every woman...just an increasing percentage of American women. Perhaps it is the obesity problem that has made it more noticeable?

There is this general attitude across genders of:

"I have no pride in my appearance or the image I project to others. I'll just wear my flip-flops and pedal-pushers (with corpulent and unshaven legs) and have dirty gray feet at the office because I just can't be bothered to get dressed properly."

Really, it is no wonder that most of the rest of the world envies our freedoms, yet finds our behavior so disgusting. So, it isn't just one American guy saying this...billions of others see the same thing, Vash. But, you know...you can ignore all of us...in the end, nobody will benefit from the status quo or the even lower level to which we will sink.

Being hetero, I have greater interest in what I see in the opposite sex, one focus of our discussion But, I would say that the generalization extends to guys, too.

I secretly think that Giga posts these things just so she can chuckle her way through my diatribe....a sick pleasure eh? LOL

I, too, spend most of my time working at home. high maintenance? hey, nobody cooks, cleans, dusts, sweeps, vacuums, irons, repairs the house, etc. for me...I do all that. I'm low maintenance.
