too suffocating?

I've been dating this girl for a couple months, I know we are both interested in each other.

We normally go out twice a week.

I was wondering if talk on the phone or texting everyday too much?
(It's almost always me initiating)

Am I suffocating her?


Last nite I called her up and asked her out on a date on Saturday. I got excited and also asked her to do something on Friday. She said she might be a bit busy friday nite until late, and said it might be tiring for me. So I told her to text me if she's free on Friday nite, and she said ok. Stupidly, I also said "or, I'll text u."

Now, its Friday morning and I have no idea what to do. Should I text her at all today, or do nothing? Or just text to ask how her day is (without mentioning whether she'd be free).

I really don't wanna suffocate her!!!
