Hello all. I'm in a pretty rough spot.

Have a wife of 16 years, 3 kids (6 girl-12&16 boys), and I am ready to leave it all.
Fell in love with another woman at work. She left the company but I still am in love. She is also married.

I don't think she will leave her place for me, I don't want to stay in mine, will likely end up alone with nothing.
I have not got the foggiest clue as to what I'm doing.

Yep. My marriage has never been great, even good really. Got married at 19 (she was 22)because it was "the right thing to do". Now I know what it feels like to really be in love. The "other" woman says she loves me as well. Her situation is different than mine though. She is 10 yrs older than me, her kids are grown.
She would just be leaving her husband who I am told has not been there for her for the last 15 yrs.

The reality is that the chances of her leaving even though she is not happy are slim..The split would mean big financial problems lots of $$ to split and lawyers and yada yada.

I'm ready to walk away from my life (needed to long ago IMO) she is not.

That leaves me- well, screwed living out of a box or whatever else I can find (money is tight on my side) not being with my kids or the woman that I love. People in positions like mine jump off stuff. Sometimes.....
I have not got the foggiest clue as to what I'm doing.

I'd like to give you advice (if you wanted it), but I think there are others here that could do a better job at that.

Or if you just wanna vent, that's fine too.

    Whatever floats it.
