A while back i posted asking for help and now i realise i need to get over this girl!! But how do i do that? Or go about doing it? I know some of it is probably obvious but I just am in such a state that i don't know which day it is anymore!!

Just takes time to get over her.. finding another girl is not a good option because u'r just using her as a replacement.

i want you to go wallow in misery for 24 hours, no more...then keep yourself occupied...school, work, hobbies, other friends, meeting other people, tv, eating, working out, whatever keeps your mind off of her...
aside from that, it just takes time...

Funsounds is right on. Focus on you, not her. Never try to keep someone that does not want to be with you.
Plan your life, work out, plan your hobies. Go meet other people. Trust me, the more you look at yourself in the mirror the more you will think of things you want to do to make your life better. Just start doing them.

yea , i also need to get over my ex now , and to think that less than 4 hours ago i was still with her ... yea we broke up , thank god it was only after 4 months , then it would have REALLY hurt ... i still love her tho , plus now im have completely NOTHING , no job , no school ( i cant yet , till february and i cant work , hand is fractured ) ... i have nothing to do , i cant even train , cant punch , cant lift weights ... im a bum for the next month or so and i cant have the only person that used to be there to have something to do with ...

It will either get easier and then fade or get alot worse and not let go. It all depends on the feeling. I have not seen the girl I love for almost 2 years now and I still have a clear image of her in my head. Originally Posted by TyRuK
