okay, situation: you're a foreign exchange student from germany. you're in college. you're 21 years old. and you meet a younger guy, who's a little younger... like 18 years old. would you consider dating a guy that age? that's all i'm wondering, and perhaps an opinion on the actual story:
a german professor invited me to watch a movie this evening. not at his house, on campus. i went, i didn't have anything better to do. so after the movie, the professor introduced me to a girl from germany. things seemed to click, i was shy at first, but she gave me her email address saying she'd talk to me in german if i wanted (hell yes!) she doesn't have a phone... and well i walked her back to her dorm after the movie. i feel crazy for thinking there's a chance.
and please respond to my ****ing thread this time! seems like every time i make a thread these days, it blows away with the wind!

Well, when I was 21, I was interested in older guys, so no - I probably wouldn't have dated a younger boy. Three years younger is pretty significant for a female. Sorry, hun.
PS - it seems to be more socially acceptable these days to date younger boys... I would have been a laughing stock had I done this at 21. Times have changed, I guess.Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I once went out with someone who was just months younger than me, but it felt like I was kissing my brother! I prefer older guys...just not too old lol
This is obviously a personal hang up. I don't see anything wrong in other women dating younger men...its just not for me
