    Sympathy from the Opposite Sex

When a Girl keeps saying to you after you tell her something that you are midfortuned in.. when she says

    "poor (your name here"
    Example "poor john"
    "poor bob"
    "poor brandon"

What do you say to somthing like that, that would nicly ask her to please stop giving sympathy over me.

Or whatabout when you tell a girl that she always puts herself down, and then you tell her that... but she fires right back and says "you do to" and its true

If someone keeps saying "Poor You" then reply kindly, "I appreciate your sympathy but you don't have to pity me. I'll manage." Or something to that effect. As far as your other question, we should all try to judge each other less. If you notice a good friend talking down to themselves than don't be confrontational try to instill in them how wonderful they are. Like, "I wish you knew how great you are. If you did you wouldn't say things like that about yourself."
