I think because of the fact that he already has a girlfriend is bad enough. and then for him to 'sorta' feel guily. Not that I'm condoning your actions but you have no responsibility at all for his gf despite knowing that she exists and choosing to still make out with him. But he is supposed to be committed to this girl, and to be honest, if he's doing that to her, he'll more than likely do the same to you (that's if you want something serious with him).

I wouldn't pay attention to this guy, he is obviously enjoying this ego boost you are giving him. I know it's cliche to always go for 'bad guys' but it'll be you who will end up hurt. It seems you really like him, or you wouldn't be this bothered, and I know I've been there. You think if you just go along with everything, it'll work out, but I found out it very rarely does. back out now while you still can. Maybe when he isn't with someone already, see how he acts towards you then, but I think it is because he knows you like him and have been questionning him about it. he's taking advantage.
