Look up OCD and cronic masturbation and you will have a clinical answer.
Depending on your age, I know teenagers can do it 6 to 8 times a day. As an adult it's about 3 to 4 ish is normal.
I have read that if you do it to the point you can't spend a moment doing anything else, and do it even tho you don't feel sexual interest in it, then you have a problem.

3-4 times a day is NORMAL for an adult???
Some people are drains and some are radiators... Keep clear of the drains and hug the radiators!

Wow, 3-4 times a day seems like a LOT to me as well. My "guesses" are 5 to 7 times a week for a man, and 3-4 times a week for a woman.
