Are you happy in your Marriage?

I am a college student currently in a Social Science class, and i have only 3 weeks to gather this data for my research assignment. It is a short 32 multiple choice questionnaire. If you are married, or know someone who is married, i would be in immense debt to you forever (if you would help in my mission to gather knowledge).
