not the forum signature, but my actual signature.

i have been using the same sloppy cursive for my signature, signing checks and other kinds of documents.

i think that banks verify your signature, to make sure it was you that signed the document.

i am just wondering if you have to go notify anyone that you just decided to write your signature a lot differently.

actually to be honest i don't think they really verify to a great extent unless it's a great deal of money. they can probably afford to let the 1,000 check go by unnoticed, but i'm sure they will check the 100,000 checks.

Also, if you lose your wallet and all forms of ID, you'll want to update your signature card, if you have one. I never got one, so when I lost my wallet...or after it got stolen I should say...they asked me for my signature card. I was only tryin' to take out about 100 dollars to get me home.
