I had an argument with my friend. It was somewhat loud and heated and was over someone she was seeing who I knew was not being faithful to her. People never want to see the truth, they really would rather live the lie. Resolved by telling her the truth and letting her live in her fantasy world and come to her own harsh reality soon enough. But, because she got so upset at me only trying to be a good friend I am lessening my time around her.

Do you love you? If not, why? If so, why?

Ooo! I love that I got this one.

Love might be a strong word. I think it would be hard for me to ever go so far as to say I LOVE myself. But, I really, very much like myself.... and that hasn't always been the case. In fact, it is a pretty recent development. As for why... well, that is honestly much harder to answer.

It is kind of an intangible thing. I guess, mainly, I just finally started to accept myself in ways I never thought I could before. But, even so, I still don't know why. I still don't know what happened that made that possible for me now when it never was before. I know that my cosplay at least had a part in it, though. It's funny, but somehow a mask just managed to allow me to be me like I never have before.... and I've found I like it. Funny that putting as mask ON for me wound up being more like taking a mask OFF.

It actually made me appreciate the person under the mask so much more than ever before. That, I think, was the catalyst, the spark that got it all started. Or at least kicked it into overdrive, since I guess I'd kind of been on that path anyway.

Too much in my own head, not confident and living in the past and not enjoying my present and future to come.

On your reply, I think you are a wonderful, thoughtful, kind, caring person and don't see the best in you at times that even strangers online can easily see in you.

Do you believe good things are going to happen, in general and in your own life?

No. It feels pretty bleak lately. I honestly do not feel anything good will happen anytime to myself or the world in general around me.

Anyone else feel more positive about our world, and their world?

Our world.... no. My world, yes. Things have been pretty good for me recently. Doesn't mean there aren't still things I wish were different. Doesn't mean there aren't always a few things here and there I am worried about or maybe not entirely optimistic about. ...But in general I've been doing better than ever before in my life lately. However... yeah... OUR world is pretty hopeless in my mind. The world we live in these days sucks, and we are just stuck with it.

What is your favorite collection you personally have? (Or if you can't come up with just one favorite, what is one of your favorites?)

Earred hats, lol. Winter, summer, headbands included. I always look for these, so I guess it is a collection.

What do you do when you know someone lied to other about you?

I confront the POS... and don't mince words. I try to live an honest life and don't appreciate someone making me out to be otherwise.

If you want youtube... what type of videos do you regularly watch?

Mostly Nostalgia Critic video, and other comedy sketch artists on YouTube. JacksFilms is one of my favorites, for example.

Have you ever uploaded any of your own videos to YouTube?

No, I don't have a channel on YouTube.

Do you ever think about the end of your life, when it will be or how it will happen?

This may sound weird, sad, crazy, I don't know...

But part of me has always kind of wished that the end of my life would involve me dying so somebody else doesn't have to. Like, jumping in front of a bullet meant for somebody else. Pushing somebody out of the way of a speeding train, but I didn't get out in time. Something like that.

I guess I've never been able to shake that part of me that just feels pointless in this world. Even to this day, when I am happier than I have ever been in my life.... there's still this part of me that feels like I am not supposed to be here. Like I'm meaningless. Like nobody really cares or would really be all that affected if I were gone. So, it seems like a way that my life could at least mean something. If my life could end so that somebody else can go on living, it feels like it would make my whole worthless existence mean something. Even if just to that one person.

I doubt that's actually how my life WILL end, but I've always sort of partly wished it would.

I found that question too intriguing to pass up, but since it was the question right after mine, I'll pass it along again.

Do you ever think about the end of your life, when it will be or how it will happen?

I have actually -- I always thought it would be some daredevil reckless action on my own part that killed me, either with a dirtbike, motorbike, car, rock climbing. In that lane of things. Thinking late thirties and if that doesn't get me I am sure it will be a heart attack in my 50's that will strike me dead.

Would you prefer to be embalmed and laid to rest shown to your family or friends( open casket) or cremated?

Cremated, 100%. I would be happy to be scattered someplace I loved too, not just buried into the ground in a small box or urn.

What is one thing about posting online you enjoy and one thing you dislike about posting online?

What I like: I like, helping people. Additionally by helping others I also help myself. Reading other people's stories, I truly place myself in their situations and I adopt a "this is what I diid, what happened so far, but this is what I want" mindset.

I like to hear other people's opinions and I do take what others say into consideration. You can learn things from other people's experiences without ever being in that same exact situation (and no situation is 100% the same). Which is also why I love self help books, online articles and podcasts.

For me, this helps me stay objective in my own life. Because one of the ultimate goals are healthy, relationships.

What I dislike, hmmm. I don't like trolls, honestly. Some people here have issues that they're taking the time to write, share and be vulnerable with themselves and you have individuals that come in and post porn on their posts.
I also wish I could post more photos in the "post your pictures" thread, but I hate the idea of "Once it's on the internet, it's always there" and that has me paranoid.

I believe it is possible and kind of hope it happens to me but I would never want to come back as anothe human being, only as an animal, maybe a small bird that can sit in the hand of a human and feed
