any ideas how to surprise her?

One of my good friends have birthday next week and as a gift I bought her a necklace and a teddy bear with chocolate
now, we work together and I want to give it to her while we are at work..
Does anyone have any good ideas how can I surprise her?
I mean, how should I give it to her and what should I say to make it look "friendly" and "romantic" and less akward
