Nervous? Help me

Before I start, sorry for my bad english. It is not my first language.

Okay, so a girl and me have been flirting, it started at a party, where we began to hold each others hand and hug. (It shall be said that we were both drunk) After the party we started texting like every day, like every hour of the day. Then I met her at the next party, where we also flirted and stuff. And after the party we just texted again, and now I met her at a other party again, where we started to kiss and make out A LOT (We were both realllyyy drunk)

Now she asked me if I wanted to come over to her place. Ofc I said yes, and it's tomorrow already. I AM SO NERVOUS, I think it's gonna be pretty akward, like when we don't know what to talk about.. I don't want her to see me as a boring guy who isn't fun to be with. But I am not good at talking to people that I don't really know yet. (I am socially akward)

So my question is what can I do, to calm my self down, and just be who I am, when I'm with her tomorrow?
Does she feel the same way also?

Well man bring wine when you go to her place. Bitches love wine. You will drink a little and it will ease the tension. Go for a kiss too.
Yes you feel nervous at the start but after few kisses and a movie together on a sofa you will feel like at home.
