It's a bit different when you're older and in more 'real' relationships. And just cause shit happens, doesn't mean it can't hurt. People generally need more support in bad times than good, so naturally you're going to get more posts of that nature. I could sit on here all day and talk about the great woman I've found, or how I've greatly improved my bedroom skills, but nobody wants to hear that.

well i will agree with wing on this one. it's true that break up can hurt, especially when you think that you've found the one. however, some people dwell upon the past too much. sometimes, they have to realize that what they want in life isn't what they are gonna get in life. luckily i am one of the few people who are able to bounce back into life so quickly and not let a whole lot bother me in life.

Tis true, tons of break up threads and how do I get the person back. Its probablythe biggest turn on to newbies here and then hey..we all go through it and if were lucky theres someone on here who helps ya and then ya stick around and meet lots of great new people.

Theres always a brighter side to things. When I first joined it was over love and the whole what do I do syndrome, but eventually I met more people on here and now have so many great friends, I love this place!

I agree there's going to be a lot of "dumped" threads, but I think it would help people too if they would read other threads about it as well before starting a new thread.

we've tried that on here, pasting and what not, and recommending it to people, but it NEVER happens, a new thread with the same scenario always gets posted. People would rather start a new one than take the time to read through all of the hundreds of posts.
