Should I start talking to her?

I have seen a girl on Instagram who I have had a crush on for a long time. I know that she is single but I don’t know if I should start to talk to her or if it is too risky. One of her parents are quite a famous figure in the UK also so I don’t want it to look like I am talking to her as a crazy fan or something. I just want some advice on this to know if it is a good idea to talk to her or just leave it. Thanks

no need to be afraid, just try. First talk something about her pics and appreciate the pic she take~to lower your awkwardness, then start talking something about you and her. The direction is to first be her online friend and bear in mind that not her boyfriend.
