    My husband's plan for adoption

My husband and I have been married for 3 years already, the dating tour I attended before bridged the gap between us and became a couple. Now, our main concern is my incapability to conceive a baby. We did everything but it seems
that we’re not really meant to have one. We went to a lot of doctors, get checked, even take medications but still a failure. Just yesterday, my husband talked about his plan for adoption. I understand his need for a child and I want to consider it.
Will this help? Is adopting can satisfy our longing for a child?

Hi, sorry you are going through this. We adopted after years of infertility and the thing we learned in the process is, you must let go of the desire to have a biological child and not look to adoption as satisfying your longing for a child. I know it is very painful but it's best to pursue adoption only if you want to parent a child, not to make the pain of infertility go away. How that makes sense. There are many books and resources for you to check out to help in your decision. Best wishes!
