Can ask breathe123, she is the only one I know of that has got the loveadmin to reopen several threads, look at my request I think weeks ago in help/suggestions, no reply.

I guess sending the admin a PM request is the only way. I'm not sure. But, you may just want to open a new thread and include a link to the old thread to reference it.
