For most men, I know the head of the penis can be ultra sensitive, especially after climaxing, but what about someone that acts like they're being tickled down yonder after climaxing? I haven't encountered this until just recently...I'm trying to figure out if this guy is a weirdo or what.

Let me further explain...the last instance I was in cowgirl position and after he climaxed I went to get off of him, or to pull him out, so to speak, and at the point this is going on, he starts this twitching and laughing spell.
