On holiday?

My best friend just came to me and said her boyfriend's going on holiday alone with his ex for a week, she's a little insecure with the idea but overall she's fine with it but I think it's just wrong, he never even invited her, didn't tell her about it til they were going to book it and told her the other week that he has a special relationship with his ex cos they were each others firsts and if she hadn't come along he would have went back to the ex, this all spells trouble to me especially cos he has got drunk in the past and jumped into bed with girls he didnt really like. Do you think I should talk to her more about this, or even say something to the boyfriend?
