i don't "fool around", i do laps, but not too many, because it gets boring after a while. i prefer to swim in a lake, there's more yards to one lap, so i don't get bored, because there's a goal to be achieved: the opposite shore. and the water doesn't hurt my eyes. but, of course, this is only possible in summer. i haven't got goggles, because i haven't found a pair that hurts less than the water yet.
i don't wear a cap and due to that i can only do breast stroke, for whenever i try to do the crawl my hair washes over my mouth and nostrils every time i try to take a breath.

what's unhealthy about pizza? it's only wheat, tomatoes and cheese. how could your spaghetti be healthier than that? (j/k) btw, i had spaghetti, too (with tomato sauce and mozzarella) – seems to be THE meal for swimming people.

ha, i'm so glad you call it ketchup, too! when i was in england, they kept referring to it as "tomato sauce". i never dared call it ketchup.
btw, when i was a kid, it was always french fries with ketchup from the pool restaurant.
