From your post, the only clue you gave to show that she has interest in you is when she waved at you and said your name. I don't think a wave is enough to say that someone likes you. You are probably holding back a lot more information. If you have the gut feeling that she does like you and other people sense it too, then you should do something about it. Like others said, just ask her to hang out. Hanging out isn't anything serious and even if it turns out that she doesn't like you, you have nothing to lose. I'm sure you don't want to go through spring break wondering what she thinks of you.
