    stalking my ex?

I'm not physically stalking him. Just "cyber-stalking" him.
Wonder if there's such a term?
I've broken up with him 4 months ago. No longer in contact with each other. No calls at all.
Knowing that he surfs internet daily, i would 'google' his name or check the forums that he is active in. Pretty silly, rite? It seems a desperate attempt on my part to know what is happening in his life right now.
This little obsession is making me depressed. When can I really move on with my life?

I would just try to start with not seeing his activities. Chances are if your still looking at his stuff after 4 months he was either a first love or a long relationship. But eventualy you got to let it go and a start would be to force yourself to not look for him all over the internet, just for now it sounds like you need a little time to wait out of relationships and time to heal from this one but you cant heal if you keep looking for him online.

When you stop indulging in this behavior and decide to move on. Your behavior is the only thing keeping you tied to him.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I only can use the lyrics of a song to describe how I feel

"Why I keep yearning knowing there's no returning?...
Yet still, i go on hoping you'll come to me at last
it seems that I'm only groping for something that's in the past"

This song "To live wihout your love" by Nana Mouskouri is a song that I strongly relate to now.

It looks to me like you are addicted to the melodrama.

Lol I thought I was the only phsyco who googled their ex boyfriends! I guess not!

I am still heartbroken over a first love, It has been 9 months and no he has not talked to me

    very painful experience!

stop googling, you gotta get out of the habit of pinning over him, and keeping tabs on him!

You know It's so mush easier to tell someone else that, than your self :-(
I'm going to show you baby, that a woman can be tough
