I never make fun of English learners. It is hard to learn a new language. Besides, her English is better than most of the kids that write in IM-speak.

Rain'S, try to avoid using commas if possible. Too many commas looks sloppy. You should also try to express yourself in as few words as possible.
"I always want to progress my English and few days ago, I decided to join here...

sounds better as:
"I am new here and wish to improve my English. I hope you will help correct me if I make any mistakes."
