    I would try to get as much evidence as possible and if worst comes to worst settle it in small claims court. Some dads are total jackasses (my dad is one of them. so I know how you feel.)
    I want a girl who likes to talk. ......I just dont know what to say sometimes and would rather just listen.

    I was considering that, except for the fact that he legally owns it (even though I really worked and paid it off). Is it possible for the court to give it to me anyway? Not too familiar with how it works.
