Its a student run thing so they buy the flowers and then send it to people. You basically write out the card you want attached, write the name of the student and where to find em at what time, and pay $15. If you have your own flower you want delivered through the service its $2 + whatever you pay for your flower. Btw., one of the flowers was dipped in gold. Gorgeous looking thing, not entirely yellow but its tips are.
