Does spending time together make any difference?

Ok guys and gals

I want to ask that Does spending time together with ur bf or gf have any affect on the relationship??

I mean to say if bf and gf are not spending time together like they dont meet outside . Jus talk on phone , online chat and meeting for 5 or 10 mins in school or college.

So if this happens do u think it affects the relationship??

I think it defines the relationship. If you have a thing going where you hardly ever see each other, your relationship is "non-physical". I think it hardly qualifies as a relationship at all, maybe it's a kind of placeholder thing which satisfies the need to have a bf/gf but doesn't take too much time for people who are too busy to be more intimately involved.

Well, I guess it depends on what you want out of the relationship. If you want the security of having a date for New Year's without having to have a date for lunch every day, then great. If you want something that's intimate and all about being in love, you can't have that without investing some personal time into it.

This is why LDRs are so difficult. Spending time together is really important. The idea of having a bf who lives nearby and I still wouldn't get to see him is unacceptable to me, but that's because I'm trying to do the Big Love thing.
