    regarding fantasies: no I dont have any strange ones or weird fetishes that I require to be involved to be turned on. Infact I dont "fantasise" at all really, now. I used to plenty, when I had a higher sex drive.

    her attractiveness isn't in question - I think she looks great. But I like looking at a lot of things. I don't currently see women as something ****able, just pleasant views, I suppose. That kind of feeling like I want to hold her and **** the shit out of her, comes sometimes... but it passes quickly.

    I dont know why its even a signficant act, but for some reason it is. I wasn't "saving myself for marriage" etc - I dont really expect to get married etc. But as time went on and I hadn't been with a girl, I kind of started liking it and not wanting to get with one, and I wanted to maintain that for as long as I could. Now I can't claim (to myself) that anymore.

    I just dont think Its something to take lightly, and since I dont really care about this "relationship" much, I regret that sex was involved. Indeed I'm just as upset that I kissed her, tbh. Id rather have preserved my disinvolvment in any kind of intimacy like that.

    can I pretend none of it happened?

    omg, as Ive said several times, I have done. My testosterone is RIGHT at the bottom of the so-called "normal" range (which differs between labs anyway - according to other judgements I am sub-normal), but that still counts as normal as far as the Dr is concerned. A castrated, dead man on birth control pills, would be dissapointed to have my testosterone level.

    I have as much testosterone as the medical establishment allow me to have. Its about 1/3 to 1/4 of a decent young-man's level.

    My only option is to self-medicate, I think. I have excellent and trustworthy advice from other forums on this side of things, so it wouldn't be entirely foolish.

    I currently live away from "home" at university. I got the blood test done before I came to uni this year. I will see how I can see a Dr. in this town, I guess. There must be SOME who give a shit about this kind of thing.

    I disagree that self-medicating is inherantly stupid. Relying on a "Doctor's" authority, is stupid imo. There are people FAR more knowledgeable and experienced in this area than my GP. I wouldn't just be shooting random amounts of unknown Testosteron solution. It could, and would, be very well planned and entirely safe.

    Anyway, I have no intention of self medicating HRT - I need more tests to see where in the "chain" the problem lies. Are my balls broken? Or is it a pituitary tumour? Or somewhere else, etc

    why do you focus on me overdosing any HRT that I may or may not ever use? That there exists a level we can call "too much" is no reason at all not to involve lower, acceptable levels (of anything). Its essentially a straw-man arguement, since I am not actually proposing detrimental doses or management.

    You're right; it takes very little thought indeed to conclude that.

    With MORE thought, though - it doesnt make sense at all. My testosterone is 12.7 nmol/l which, according to my calculations, is just under 366 ng/dl. The "normal range" for men (accross all ages) is usually held to be 350-1200 ng/dl. As you can see I am right at the bottom, but just about in that range. Being only 20, it is particularly low. I could have double, even triple that level, and be well within a so-called "normal" range.

    I am currently within a normal range. It does not follow that an increased measure would put me out of that range.

    I do not care for the Dr's thoughtless and computational designation of my Testosterone as "normal" simply because it lies 1.8% into a supposedly acceptable range.

    Dude, what other shit are you ingesting? I know you exercise a lot, (like, a LOT) but so you eat clean? Do you eat enough? Have you caused some sort of chemical imbalance in your system by taking any drugs? What's going on with you? Do you sleep enough? I think there might be other things you could do before you start messing around with your hormone levels.

    In the UK the GP is the gatekeeper to any useful medical help. You have to get a referal from your GP to a specialist at a hospital, which they are loathe to do since I believe they are financially penalised for it.

    my training has been various in all aspects, over this ~18month period, as has my diet. Most of the time I'm eating hypercallorically so that isnt a problem. 4-5000 calories a day, for the past few months infact. 100% clean. My sleep is fairly poor but improved recently. I used to sleep very deeply and constantly, but for about a year I have been waking up several times each night, and rarely feel properly rested. From other forums specialist in such matter, I find agreement that my lifestyle habits can't account for the symptoms etc.
