that non-romantic internet friendships are not a waste of time. In fact, you're having an internet friendship with all of us here on LF- and admit it, we're more challenging to talk to than a lot of people in real life would be, and talking here can help you learn stuff in general and stuff about yourself that you didn't know that help you grow as a person. that was the point.
