Men's Ego Women's Ego any Difference?

Do you have an opinion on it?

Is there a difference between men's egos as opposed to women's?

How would you describe your ego?

EDIT: Title is supposed to be "any difference".

I'd say comparing same gender interactions ego comes into play just as much as the opposing gender and is very similar. But with opposite sex interactions I think men tend to be more overtly egotistical and women tend to be more subtle.

On average men and women are probably equally full of themselves, so in that sense there isn't any difference.

I'd describe my ego as overwhelming I just happen to be good at hiding it.

    Are you the confrontational type?

When working in a group setting what kind of role do you usually feel yourself taking?

    My ego.... Heh.

My ego actually uses all of the viagra spam he gets in his inbox, so his penis is 2,116 feet long. Seriously.

I don't agree. I think men usually have quite a bit of ego, and I think women outgrow a lot of it.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

    Awesome!!! Pure genius!!!

My ego is both infinitely large and infinitely small at the same time.

I expected such a response from you Vash.

My question is, in the work place (and I'm not sure where you work).

Everybody needs an ego, self-worth, pride, to exist in our world, especially at the work place.

    Hell, even in marriage.

Say for example, you have an idea and present to your boss, or work group, and somebody shoots it down, even though you feel after having put a lot of thought into it, that it's a good idea, what would you do?

Yeah. She makes quite the sexist remarks now and then. This isn't to say I don't, but I'm just joking when I do.

Of course, since Frasbee said he already expected that response from me, it is possible he already suspected that there was truth in that position.

Anyway, my comment is not sexist - it's observational. I think having and caring for children diminishes an inflated ego, and this is especially true for women since they generally do a greater share of the child care. If men did the majority of the child care and other traditionally female responsibilities, I think their egos would shrink, too.

Inflated egos are also more common in less-spiritual beings (male or female), and women tend to be more spiritually-oriented.

Confrontational is a bit harsh, I call people on their bullshit but I don't pick fights.

In groups I usually say what I want but I tend to go with the flow if it's not unreasonable

first this post talked about how i'm not a macho jerkoff. but then i realized, in a way, i am egotistical. i think that most people are stupid and shallow, and a whole bunch of other bad things. but i don't share this with most people, and i be nice to everyone.

    that's my approach

Aren't you the kid who stomped on some kid's face because he tried to scuff your boots?
