Is the Internet really a good place for finding someone?

If I met them online, but they lived in the same town, sure, or went to the same school. I think that could work.

I would say long distance internet relationships are pretty much pointless.

I wouldn't be involved in my LDR if I didn't already live with this girl for 10 months.

The only way those work are if they live in the area. I've dated a few local guys from the net, but no luck yet. My sis dated one, and they have been married 5 yrs last month. I guess if your outgoing and all that it works. If your shy and introverted, its harder to find someone on here.

It can work if you want it to one of my good friend ihave been dating some for about 6 months and its long distance about 2 hours maybe 30 minute less. they seen happy and have made it work. He lives on his own when she not working see does seen him.
