You need to drink a lot of water constantly to improve your chapped lips, dry skin, etc. (It will help with a lot of problems like that.) It doesn't work to just say "hey, my lips are chapped, why don't I go drink some water?"

Lots of water is also important for something that might happen after kissing. I assume you do want to shoot a very large and powerful load during sex? Guess what? Must drink the water!
