    Diet tips?

well, actually, not a "diet" diet. just eating habits in general. When i'm at college, I eat crap. plus I eat when i'm bored rather than when I'm hungry. But not to worry, in May i'll be back at home for three months being a KIPPER, eating good, home cooked, healt---.. .. oh shit, no I wont, because I'll be in the states on a working visa, eating more crap than ever!

So I guess it is now up to myself to stop eating crap. So I started eating yoghurt and wholewheat bread and bran flakes and.. um. then I ran out of ideas. Eating yoghurt (yes that is how we spell it here) mixed with bran flakes for dinner (actually, this is the only way I can eat yoghurt without wanting to gag) now and then might be healthier than eating, saayy.., a tin of cookies for dinner.. but it's not enough variety.
    • Need simple recipe ideas! Studenty ones.

Actually, considering that I have only a few square inches of kitchen surface to work with that isn't covered in mysterious sticky substances or stacked full of old dishes, random bottles, etc,... they don't even have to be proper recipes. Just ideas, like.. microwaving one of those broccoli/carrot/califlour mix bags. Better than pot noodles for sure.

    we definitely are! thanks!

Back on subject ... an easy way to eat healthy is just to have a mixture of foods in your diet. I suggested apples because it's low on the glycemic index and high in fiber. It's a good lifesaver when you eat a high fat/carb meal because if you mix up the nurtrients, your body won't just digest/process the bad foods.

yeah, that's why I need ideas to get a variety in there. I have the tendency to just say "right. wholegrain bread. bran flakes. yoghurt. tuna. those are all healthy? great! i'll make sure to ONLY eat those things."

I enjoy my eating habits. They're not very consistent. Some nights I'll eat only chocolate and potato chips, while others, I'll cook hamburgers and hot dogs, and some nights I make sandwiches.. and pizza... and all sorts of shit.

It's amazing how I still have my skinny physique, when all I do during the day is sit on my ass.

I used to be able to do that ... but now, my body doesn't metabolize food as quickly as it used to ...

I used to simply not eat as much. And I hardly ever really felt stuffed. I think I've like, stretched my stomach or something, because now it complains when I eat as little as I used to.
