I kiss my boyfriend all the time - well not all the time but when i do its only little pecks.
By now i would have snogged the damn guy atleast. I really want to snog him but i dont want to try and him not kiss me back and look a fool.

Know what I do when I want to kiss a girl but I'm nervous about it? I make a bet. Suppose we're playing pool (best date EVER). If I win you gotta kiss me. If you win I gotta do whatever.
Since you're the female try it in reverse. Tell him if he wins you'll give him a huge kiss. And then play halfheartedly.

Be patient, but make it obviously clear that you wanna be kissed.
It's unfortunate, but some guys do need arrows and big flashing neon signs.

IMO, go dancing. Slow dancing is an activity that can lead up to a kiss. If not dancing do anything that is on the romantic side.
Relationships need work.
The investment will be worthwhile.

I'd have to go with the dancing idea...that has to be the easiest way. I remember when my boyfriend and I first started seeing each other - we sat through two movies before we even cuddled and it wasn't like I've never kissed before...so I know how daunting it can be. Another thing that works is the playfighting thing and hoping that one of you pins the other down and then it just happens....thats fun
