Well, the obvious one is masturbation.

Hard exercise, writing letters you have no intention of ever sending to someone who is stressing you out, burning people in effigy...

Watching really stupid movies (Super Troopers works for me). Taking a long bath with a really absorbing book to read so you can leave reality behind...

    1) 12x so far. No effect. Well, if you count the blue balls.
    2) I'm feeling lazy.
    3) I'm sure the IBO will appreciate it.
    4) I can't stand watching George Clooney.
    5) Baths make you a jaffa'.
    6) Killer migraine. Should take medication but can't find em'. Plus, can't read without glasses but they make my eyes go funny.

When I'm really stressed I take a weekend and go camping by myself. No people, no phones, no electricity. Me, a fire, and a case of beer. A few books, too, but you already turned those down.

I don't know what a jaffa' is, but I think it might be worth it.

    The solo camping is great!

So are walks - particularly in nature or city parks or away from noises and hustle and bustle.

Stop being lazy and make yourself exercise. Your laziness is only adding to the stress. Keep your expectations of yourself low and just get out and do something. Swimming is one of my favourites.

    Yoga.

    Meditating.

    Stretching.

Go rent a classic movie, and take a bubble bath, after you find (and take) your meds.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I would if I could. England isn't exactly an ideal place to go surfing.

I wouldn't know. But I'm sure the fella' you met was talking bout' surfin' durin' the summer, unless he surfs in the rain.

Clynn --- No mun' no fun'. Unless you care to wire me a few bucks.

Misombra --- I have trust issues.

Michael, sounds like you're screwed. In order to de-stress, you have to be willing to de-stress.

I go to the gym. Sweat the stress away.

Or I become a hermit, turn off all my phones, buy some ice cream and rent a funny movie. Works every time.
