One is a feeling, a more 'abstract' noun. The other is an action. A concrete, tangible thing.

i can't picture that lately. i'm 'kinda' seeing this girl and we 'hang out' from time to time. i have no emotional feelings towards her but we enjoy each other's company. however, i talk to her about this girl i'm really interested in, she gives me advice and what not. towards this other girl, i think i have emotional feelings for her. but no sexual feelings. i can't seem to put the two together. emotions that is. in my opinion, i think it's one or the other. i'd rather be emotionally in love than be physically in love.

I think it depends on if you a guy or a girl. Most guys can have sex with no luv or feeling involved, but girls seem to put more into the sex thing. They see it as more then just swapping body fluids. It an emotional experience that should be shared between two people who care about each other.

But it can also go the other way. It could be the guy who need feelings and the girl just wants to be romped for the night. I don't know...what I do know is you don't need love to have sex and you don't need to have sex to make love.

Trust me the two can be one, its a way of expressing real love, when your both turned emotionally and physically at the same time, believe me...I know.

Thats not to say it can't be one or the other, as there is examples every day of that in this world.

My Wife...My Girlfriend. I love my wife dearly...and the time spent with my "friend" is purely sex. As immoral as it is, my explaination makes sense.
