1) need to keep up with my fast paced trains of thought, which usually translates in a creative and intelligent person who tends to think out of the box and react to what I say before I'm asleep/got paranoid thinking he's not listening or doesn't care at all. we need to have stuff in common to talk about and it shouldnt just be situational things but real interests.
2) is not a selfish bastard. this applies to intimate situations as well as the basics of respecting your girlfriend as a person you're close with, like telling her if you'll be very late home so that she doesnt get over worried etc

4) someone who is funny but doesn't realize it, I hate those guys that just laugh at their own crap jokes and try make you feel bad cos you have no humour.. As i do have humour infact sometimes i can spend hours and hours laughing!
