It tells me something about the mental state of many American women. The fact that guys simply let their dicks make decisions tells me something about the mental state of many American men.

I fell into that "trap" too. When I was a teenager, society dictated that I should like to see big breasts. And yet, all the women I really liked didn't fit the mould. They were B cups or even A cups. When I dated big breasted women, I was always excited at first, until I got their bra off. Unless they were silicone jobs on an otherwise trim body, the boobs always looked floppy and the body always verged on matronly (or would be so in five years). And the silicone boobs were always a bit creepy. I don't respect boob jobs. Shows personal shallowness.

Thus I was always disappointed with pursuing the cultural stereotype. And, the big boobed women were never good in bed. They assumed that their tits were what they "brought to the table" so to speak and that I should be happy enough with that. The other women (A and B cups), they were always nicely proportioned and they were so much better sexually--lithe, adventurous...not just cows that laid back on the bed and smiled like their tits were 90 percent of what should make me happy. And you know, I can't speak for everyone's experience with this sort of thing...just mine.

Well, first of all, read my comment in context--I wasn't talking about cancer patients earlier, was I? No. I think we were discussing book size in relation to being sexy, right? Yes.

So, your point is really irrelevant to the current discussion. But, who would deny a woman the ability to recover her physical and mental health post-cancer surgery? I'm not a Phillistine, ya know.

And, ultimately...my opinion on boob jobs for sexy reasons...hey, that's just my opinion. In my opinion, if it is simply done to make yourself "feel better" (your right, of course) is often related to personal insecurity. So, you would become less insecure if other people admired your tits? Again my way of thinking...so long as I act in a decent manner and live within the law, I could give a damn about other people's view of me. I don't gain my emotion sustenance from the acceptance of others. But again (just in case you didn't get it the other times I wrote it here...) that is just me. And, if my not agreeing with your worldview is troubling to you, then that isn't my problem. That is your problem. Be able to distinguish between the two (and I say this as a piece of advice, not to be mean).
