If she is with someone else, it sounds like you are out of luck, so you are asking the wrong question. You should be asking "how do I get over losing the love of my life?"

You really shouldn't try to get her back. If she did it once she would do it again. Chances are she doens't feel the same way about you as she felt before and is happy with whoever she is with. If you had her back, could you both live with each other without her feeling guilty and could you completely forget about what happened?

You really should concentrate on getting over her.
