The heart is a muscle, it doesn't do anything. What you actually said is ...what should we use...the mind...or the mind?.
This is really a question that should be "Should we act on our impulses and emotions alone or long lasting evidence of caring and support?"
Cause what you said makes no sense to me, what behavior is considered to be the heart and what is the mind?"Why are you an atheist?"

the only function of heart is to pump blood, no more! no less! its the hypothalamus of our brain whose telling us the things we should do. Now i know what was the answer to my question.
