I agree with misombra. Don't use your height as an excuse to avoid making an effort. Obviously, if height were a requirement for every woman, there wouldn't be any 5'8" husbands, and we both know that isn't true.

CAM, why are you even thinking about making a decision about how the rest of your life is going to turn out? Is it so hard for you to just wait and see?

And really, I have to ask, what age range are you going for that you suspect might be discounting you because you're 38? Are you looking for a younger woman?

Normally, I would advise you to just go about the everyday course of your life and to trust that that's how you'll meet someone who actually fits into your life, but dude, all you do is work!
