    My Progress

    here's my progress for anyone who cares. I've been dieting for about 3 1/2 months now. I went from 191 lbs to 170 lbs. These pics show the last 2 months. I'm planning on doing a bodybuilding contest in early Oct. Let me know what you think. I'm always open to constructive criticism if you feel I need work on certain areas.

    i know that everyone can't get them, but certain people are able to clearly show their bottom 2 bricks. yes, i'm talking about an 8 pack. 6 is always nice, but an 8 is impressive if it's possible. in your 4th picture, it's starting to show.. good work.

    LOL i can't stop laughing at the first picture

    edit: i wish i was that chiselled and defined. does simple pushups and situps cover it?

    I thought his body was sexy before he started training. Now it is just intimidating. How can anyone feel attractive standing next to THAT?

    lilwing, doing push-ups and sit-ups is fine if you just want to increase your stamina. You need to lift weights, eat clean, and do plenty of cardio if you want to achieve a chiseled and defined look.

    DoesntMatter, yes. Girls touch my abs all the time when I show them. My girl loves running her hands over my body and doesn't mind the extra attention I get.

    Kiechi, I've been bodybuilding for 5 yrs. I started when I was 17.

    vashti, I'm not sure whether I should take your comment as an insult or a compliment.

    neo, thats a decent physique - if i was to be critical i would say your back and traps are serioulsy lagging, and your chest could use some thickness to it, your arms are very good though, and what about your legs?? dont tell me you only train your upper body

    to be ****ing honest, unless you are entering a teenage BB contest, you would be undersized, you have a good body for an athlete or a poster boy, but for sheer mass, in my opinion you dont have enough size, but good work most average joes would be very proud of such a body

    hahaha at lilbitch, you think sit ups and push ups is enough to get a body like that?? that takes some heavy lifting and a shit load of food to add mass

    hahaha at zro, i got the body size and muscle, i just don't have the tone and definition of muscle. i could go into detail with my personal weight lifting routine and all, i'm just curious what he does.
