I doubt that they are downcasted in Islamic countries because of menstruations... In ancient civilizations, there were multiple gods, and main god was usually never a female. OK, This is where you begin to bring out my slightly splenetic nature. I am very welcoming to arguments and debates but everyone’s Puritanical, contemptuous disparagement of prostitution is just too much.

What irks me most about this is that those so opposed to prostitution can be put into the same group. One way or another, they are either being ****ed or can get ****ed. Maybe this means banging a drunk chick at a party. Hopefully not, because that would be arguably less “morally wholesome” than paying a sober girl for sex. And since the only reason I could fathom that would cause aversion to prostitution would be for moral reasons, the self-evident hypocrisy would not allow those people to complain. Oh yeah, I guess I should include the religious zealots. They are an exception (as always).

So why would this group of people want to deny others from experiencing similar pleasures, in some capacity? I say in some capacity because those in a bf/gf relationship have it made, meaning they are afforded the luxury of having both the physical and emotional pleasures. I don’t think anyone here is enough of an assclown to believe prostitution is very emotionally engaging on either end. But back to the question. It seems as though the people already having fun are keen on being unnecessarily parsimonious in letting others experience that fun. I can’t really say why this is, but I am at least capable of making those observations.

And then there are accusations of weakness in paying for sex (or being paid). You know what I think is weak? Sitting on your complacent and satisfied ass, while being condescending of those less fortunate.

People have such a warped view of prostitution at times. TV would lead you to believe all that exists are street prostitutes who are controlled by a piece of shit pimp who uses intimidation and coercion to keep his prostitutes held tightly in his iron fist. The concept of high-class escort agencies is not entertaining enough for Hollywood, I suppose. These agencies can charge clients over $300 per hour, some $500 per hour. Of course the agency cuts a share of the money and the girl does not keep all of it, but what other kinds of professions does one find a similar hourly wage? (Think lawyer, plastic surgeon, etc)

And just for the record- I support the death penalty for child molesters and rapists.
