    post your workout routine

    my current:

    1 set of 50 pushups,
    100 oblique situps
    40 lb dumbells, 1 set of 12 reps
    1 arm presses, 2 20 lb dumbells, 2 sets of 12
    bridges, same amount of weights, 1 set of 10
    butterflies, 2 40 lb weights, 3 sets of 10
    curl again, 1 set of 12
    70 pushups
    200 oblique situps

    my workout is limited to up to 50 lb dumbells.

    sorry, my work outs are also only limited to the 12oz heineken bottle.

    I'm a newb at working out. I've never been athletic, but as I was 21 years old and only 120 lbs, i decided I had to do something. I have a Pull-up bar, and I've been practicing on that, eating mroe, drinking protein shakes and the like.

    Now 4 times a week I do pull-ups. (3 sets of 10 with wide-arm grip and 12 lbs of ankle weights)
    (3 sets of 10 with wide-arm grip and no weights) and I do the final set to failure.

    Then I do elevated feet push-ups in sets of 14 to failure, which is usually about 4 sets in combinaton w/ the pull-ups.

    Sometimes I do tri-cep curls, but not often. I do sit ups on an exercise ball, and reverse crunches off the side of my bed.

    on other days, I do squats, but i have VERY slight legs and I'm just starting so I can only do 50 lbs, but I hope to move up.

    Overall, I have gained 15 lbs of what seems like pure muscle in 3 months, and I don't intende to stop any time soon.

    although i do a little workout, they are all primitive. i extended my rutine to 300 pushups with 50 at a time. Then 350 situps with 100 at a time. plus swimming. damn i gotta take more advantage of that fitness room down the street.

    no, it's coming from a guy who drinks sometimes, but has more balls tahn to pick up a beer.

    and i accidently walked in on that dude bangin his girlfriend today.

    that's excellent! you should be in a sport if you have that kind of stamina at your age!

    there's nothing wrong with drinking beer.. or any other alcohol for that matter.

    besides, i'm not bragging or anything, but i'm sure that i get a lot more working out that you do. thus, i can enjoy a lot of liquor and still stay thin.

    No its not, and I don't know why you say that. Ethanol is ehtanol. How you drink it is up to you.
