Sometime in October when I move to Oklahoma.

She has a free plane ticket she needs to use by December (it's transferable), so I've been trying to find a 3 day weekend that I can see her sooner.

I applied for a new job in Denton, and looked at more apartments online and thought about you and how nice it will be to live anywhere even remotely near you someday.

I found a new recipe and made banana bread, and thought about what I should cook for you next time you visit.

I listened to my brother-in-law's iPOD and thought about which songs you would like, and which ones you'd tease me for liking.

And then I helped my sister clean her whole house from top to bottom, which was kind of mind-numbing and only gave me more time to think about you.

Maybe my mind is clouded with...whatever people's minds get clouded with, but talking to Amy, and hearing how she's having trouble finding a place to live and a place to work...and knowing I'll be in a similar situation in a month or two (she's living with family at current, and so will I when I move)...I'm just thinkin'...shit, why don't we just scrap the bullshit and combine forces??

I'm trying to analyze my own advice about not worrying whether a relationship is moving fast or slow, but worrying more about how it's progressing, worrying about what's smart.

One of the reasons why I didn't want to move immediately to the same city as her, without moving in together was because, that would seem so stupid to me. 'Cause economically it would make more sense to just move in together (being that close).

But anyway.

Anyway...moving to Oklahoma first isn't a bad move, is it? I mean, it's kind of an in-between area and I'll get to see her virtually every weekend. She'll only be a 2 hour drive, as opposed to a 3 hour plane ride.
