Okay so heres the story he and i have several classes together and see each other on a dily basis...so our first encounter was in the cafiteria i recognized him so i smiled , i was expecting him to do the wave and walk(lol) but he stoped and we had a 5 min convo. Then a couple days later he walked me from my class abck to the dorm(but it could have been on his way i don't know) and today he smiled and winked at me. Every time he sees me he taps me on the shoulder to get me attention and we talk but he never sits by me. I frequently see him sitting by others girls and talking to them. I have also seen him staring at me a couple of times(or a think i did i always doubt myself). Is he Flirting or is he just a super nice guy?

Okay as far as body langauge he is always smiley, his posture is always open, but honestlt i am so oblivous to things like this i wouldn't know

Well, try to move it up a degree or two and see if he matches you. Can you figure out some way to touch him? Compliment him?

yes, if you want to take it further with him, get in some touches, even if its random or "accidental". that may set him off like it does me
