There's a girl in the year below me.I really Really like her,but Im too shy too ask her out.I mean I have known her for a year as friends.Her best friend even swore on her dads grave she likes me too.we are both too shy to tell each other about how we feel.what the hell do I do?

nothing if you're too damn shy. bottom line, if you're too scared to talk to her and she's too scared to talk to you, then get a friend to tell her something. yes it is childish, but i'm guessing that you're still a child too.
