I think it's up to the girl...but the wider her legs are, the deeper penetration you can get. The girl can also wrap her legs around the guy, that's one of the better leg positions, in my opinion.

i think the ground is better because the bed can get too bouncy. and you can roll around all you want to on the ground... raverboy
