personally i'm not close to my family. we all work different hours and we never to get eat at a sit down together, unless it's a birthday or some outting.

however, i think that when the time of needs arrives, those are the time that people bond together.

Geographically I'm about 2 hours away from my family but closer to them than anyone else by an infinite margin. And when I'm older and probably living in Florida, I'll be really far away. But we talk on the phone a lot. Most kids hate calling their parents, I like talking with mine. I call up my sisters too and see what's up with them.

haha shit, i live with my family still. well i'm really close to my sister and i'm glad that we never had to share a room past the age of about 3 or so.

however, my parents, i personally never really talk to them. i see my father for about 8 hours of the week on average. he works a lot and i hate staying home.

my mother, i do talk to her at times, especially when i'm drunk at home and i need someone to talk story with. haha
