Don't feel bad about hemorrhoid problem. 33/% of the western world has experienced or still suffering from it. I have tried the simple diet rules and they helped a little and I was cured when I first tried a greek remedy from ww.byebyehemorrhoids.com
But I advice you first to improve your diet habits and don't stick on a chair too much!
