Loose 4-5% of my body fat and get my BMI up by 3 into the mid 20's.
People say stuff like "ahh.. You'll look rediculous..." etc, But I'll be happy with a nice 8 pack and nice defined V shape to my stomach (also known as the sex bone).
Not exactly new years resolutions, more targets to hit in 2008.
